Most of the themes weather icons aren’t working. In fact, I couldn’t find a single theme that would display the weather using either of the two available weather sources.

Second, there is no option for multiple desktop backgrounds (i.e. select a folder with images to rotate through). You are stuck with one image per screen.

Alternatively, Live Wallpaper HD by Voros Innovation does let you select a folder with multiple images for transitioning wallpapers, but it only works on one screen.
